At Aimy Couture, we are committed to delivering a refined and well-structured experience, ensuring the highest level of quality and exclusivity at every stage.

Booking & Payment Policy
- Orders are confirmed upon payment of a deposit to begin the design and production process.
- As all pieces are custom-made, the deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- The remaining balance is settled in two or three payments, depending on the design and production timeline.

Production & Fittings
- Each piece goes through multiple stages of development to ensure precision and quality.
- Fitting sessions are scheduled based on the needs of the design, typically ranging from 2 to 3 fittings, and may increase depending on the complexity of the piece.
- We are committed to achieving the most accurate fit, ensuring both comfort and a refined final silhouette.

Alterations Policy
- All necessary adjustments are handled during the fitting stages to achieve the desired result.
- After final delivery, additional alterations are not included, unless reviewed and approved by the team.

Cancellation & Returns
- Due to the nature of our work (custom-made pieces), items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
- In the case of cancellation before production starts, partial refunds may be considered upon review.
