Booking & Payment Policy
Orders are confirmed upon payment of a deposit to begin the design and production process.
As all pieces are custom-made, the deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
The remaining balance is settled in two or three payments, depending on the design and production timeline.

Each piece goes through multiple stages of development to ensure precision and quality.
Fitting sessions are scheduled based on the needs of the design, typically ranging from 2 to 3 fittings, and may increase depending on the complexity of the piece.

After final delivery, additional alterations are not included, unless reviewed and approved by the team.
